SSH Agent Stalling

I've been using the SSH Agent, and for the most part, it works really well. I seem to run into issues when I don't use the agent for a while (30 minutes to an hour). The SSH Agent will work fine for SourceTree at first, but after an unknown duration, I will be unable to push commits to the website. I see an endless progress bar of SourceTree attempting to push the commit.

When this is happening:
ssh-add -L appears to display all the appropriate keys that I would expect.

In order to fix the issue, I need to completely exit 1Password and restart it. Manually locking and unlocking does not fix the issue. Closing/re-opening SourceTree does not fix the issue.

Settings:
Ask approval for each new Application
Remember key approval until 1Password locks
Lock 1Password when computer locks unchecked
