[SSH] No password prompt when 1password has not been unlocked

On Windows 10, when 1password hasn't been unlocked yet to be able to use Hello, the agent doesn't wait for a response:

➜ git push
sign_and_send_pubkey: signing failed: agent refused operation
Enumerating objects: 175, done.
Counting objects: 100% (175/175), done.
[...]

After I unlock 1password with my master password, this doesn't happen anymore; I am prompted for my password whenever I use my SSH key.
Is there a way to always be prompted the password? Did I misconfigure something or is that an actual bug?

Same on macOS:

Super annoying!

The CLI v2 team did (biometric) unlock “right”, so hopefully we can get it for SSH as well.

This issue has been fixed. The prompt will now always show, regardless of the system authentication status.
