Suggested Feature: Update Vault Access For Development Credentials

The service accounts functionality works very nicely, but if you create vaults after you create a credential and want to share that vault with the credential, there is currently no way to edit the token sharing commission in order to do that. 

This is a blocker for many AI agent use cases. On the one hand, users wish to control the blast radius. On the other, reprovisioning new tokens solely to add a single additional vault is cumbersome and time-consuming.
