unable to use loaded secrets in GitHub action

I have a case where we are trying to load secrets from our 1password vault, and make them available in GitHub env variables to be used in other steps.

And when we are trying to use these env variables in our env to build system, it doesn't work.

We are unable to debug as values are masked.

Any suggestions??
