Xcode to use ssh in 1password?

I'm trying to figure out how to configure Xcode to use the ssh key I've stored in my 1password vault. It doesn't seem possible. I'm hoping I am just missing something. Here's the steps I'm taking.

Xcode -> Settings...
Click "+" to Add new account
Select 'Gitlab self-hosted'
Enter server, account, token
Select 'SSH' for 'Clone using'

At this point, I have two options in the SSH Key pulldown. The options are 'Create New..." or "Choose..." neither of which give me the option to use the key in 1password.

Am I missing something?

Thanks,
Jeff

I found that Xcode is not compatible with 1Password SSH agent:
https://developer.1password.com/docs/ssh/agent/compatibility/#xcode

I don't know if 1Password devs can do something with it.
