Chrome passkey popup

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Since you're unable to delete the passkey from Chrome's password manager, there's no way to prevent it from being suggested. Chrome Autofill will offer autofill suggestions for any data stored in it.
As a workaround, you can create another browser profile and install 1Password for Chrome there.

The passkey is bound to the Windows login. This is an Entra joined device with an Entra ID account login if that made sense. 😅
