1password 7 working on Iphone, but cannot login online.

It says the password is incorrect. Is the master password for the IOS app the same for my account online? I even tried downloading and installing the app for Macbook but when I scan my qr code and enter the master password, it says the credentials are not correct.  Please help, I want to back up my passwords somewhere, have access to them onlline, and upgrade to 1password 8. I am totally stuck.

    I'm sorry that you're unable to sign into 1Password online. 1Password 7 is an older version of the app that is no longer supported and it sounds like you might have a standalone vault in the app that uses a different password than your 1Password account does. 

    So that I can help further, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:

    Send a diagnostics report (iOS) - 1Password 7

    Make sure that you use the instructions for 1Password 7. Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

    With your email please include:

      I still have not received the email with the support Id number.

        You should have received an auto-reply email. Please check your spam/junk folder and make sure to whitelist support@1Password.com with your email provider or app so that you don't miss any our emails.

      I have sent the email twice but have not received an email back from the bot with a support ID number.  Help
