1Password 8 not visible to users of computer after update

This computer runs Win10Pro and has 1 Admin acct and one User(non-admin) acct. I installed 1Password7 a while ago and all was working fine. When I updated to 1Password8 it is now not visible to the User account.

How do I get 1Password 8 visible/usable to the User account?

    1Password for Windows installs the .exe to the %localappdata% folder and will need to be installed to this user account separately. You can find the .exe for 1Password for Windows here:
