For security reasons, 1Password has to check the code signature in a browser before connecting to ensure that the browser is not modified or changed. LibreWolf doesn't have its code signature updated in 1Password, and that is why the 1Password app will not connect with the browser.
With that said, currently, to use 1Password on LibreWolf, please use the 1Password in the browser and try these steps to turn off the "Integrate with 1Password app" for the best performance.
Right-click the 1Password icon in the browser toolbar > Settings > Scroll down to "Integrate with 1Password app" at the end of General section and toggle it off.
