27 days agoandroid cell phone won't fill fields that windows pc does fill
I'm trying to send an email to Senator Merkley. His office has a web form to fill out that includes the common identity fields -- name, address, phone, email -- plus some unique ones. On my android phone, phone and email do not populate using my 1password profile (name and address populate properly), but when I go to my windows pc, all the identity fields populate.
If I could create a login for Sen. Merkley (or whoever) to use on the cell phone, that would be acceptable, but I can't figure out how to do that.

Hi Former Member, thanks for reaching out about this.
Could you answer the questions below for me:
- Which version of Android are you running?
- Which browser are you using on Android?
- Which version of 1Password for Android are you running (you can check from Settings > About)?
- Is this only happening on this particular website, or have you seen the phone and email fields fail to fill on any other websites on Android as well? If you're not sure, could you try the following test page? It includes a phone number field, although not an email field:
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I'm on Android version 16, browser is Chrome, and 1Password is version 8.12.21
I haven't noticed this problem before, so I tried the autofill.me form. Everything was filled except the phone field, which remained blank. I filled the form on my pc, and the phone field was populated properly.
I hope this is helpful.

Hi Former Member, thanks for your reply!
After looking into this, I can see there was a known issue a few months ago where autofill wasn't being offered for certain identity fields in Chrome on Android, including phone number and email address fields. As far as I can tell, this should have since been resolved, so I'm not sure what's going wrong here.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to test this on my end right now as my Android device is currently being repaired. Could you email in to support@1password.com so our support team can take a closer look at this?
