App not linking
Hello,
I've raised this with support but they have not been very helpful so far.
We have a business account with 2 users who have recovered their accounts but cannot link the desktop app. Each time they take the verification code from the trusted browser and put it into the app, they receive an error and the code in the browser updates. They repeat this 3 times and then receive another error "maximum number of attempts reached..."
Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve it?
