Cannot complete Safari installation

Question

When I click on the last box, "Finish Setup in Safari" it just takes me to a blank webpage. Same thing happens when I click on the extension in the toolbar, or "right" click and try to go to settings. I've enabled 1Password for Safari in Accessibility

Hey there @USKiwiBarlow

Your footer shows you're on macOS Monterey 12.6.8, and there can sometimes be trouble getting 1Password for Safari working in macOS Monterey. Here's what to do:

Open and unlock the main 1Password app.
Click Help menu > Troubleshooting > Fix Missing Safari Extension.

If you're able to use a newer version of macOS, it's recommended: Update macOS on Mac - Apple Support.
