CAN'T MIGRATE can't reinistall can't getge response from support

CAN'T MIGRATE can't reinistall can't get response from support SUPPORT @AGILEBITS.COM I get cant install 1PW 7 since 8 is installed what does this do to my data? can I still access 8 this...

the email support connection appears to have responded.
As an aside, I have had more crashes from software updates than mechanical failures
at a ratio of 6 to 1,
mostly over features I have no need for and do not use.
I am not seeing how the features and "increases" in security are making my life better. More complexity and opportunities for confusion.
Macv4 and Winv6 standalones had been stable and just needed to be restored..
No problem in paying you guys more, but I just am not seeing the value in "up"grading
given the backwards compatibility issues.
