Can't Open Desktop App after "Rendering Error"

When attempting to force a run on the command line, I get the following error:


[1024/162840.722:ERROR:icu_util.cc(240)] Invalid file descriptor to ICU data received.

This error persists after a restart etc.

Any assistance would be useful. Preferably not reinstall as I have this app deployed to our staff.

1Password Version: Latest
Extension Version: 2.16.1
OS Version: WIN11 22H2
Browser: MS Edge

    On investigation, it is possible that the icudtl.dat file was deleted from the C:\Program Files\1Password\app\8 directory... Anyone know why that might be?
