Cmd+1 Shortcut
Using 1PW - Mac 8.12.10 on a MacStudio 2022 with 26.4.1
Not exactly sure when this issue started (or whether due to a 1PW update or macOS update), but Keyboard Shortcut Cmd+1 (set up {and has been} in 1PW Settings > General > Keyboard Shortcuts > Show 1Password... Cmd key + 1) is no longer working. ...Shortcut did work prior to issue; sorry I can't say when issue began.
Only Shortcuts, I've ever used: Cmd+1 & Cmd+\
Shortcut Cmd+1 was in the 1PW Settings {not blank - 26.x had not deleted it}. ...Since the Shortcut had previously been working, it seemingly, should have been working.
Shutdown {and PowerOn} reactivated the Shortcut.
I seldom do a Shutdown. ...It's either a Refresh Finder or Mac Restart. When a Local midnight power outage powered-off my Mac {and 26.x Energy's power-failure setting kept it Off}, and then, after the manual Power On, I found the Shortcut again to be working {activating 1PW is part of my start-up routine}. ...And, so far, so good.

Cmd+1 has started working again, but only after a Shutdown of my MacStudio. Cmd+\ works.
Question remains whether this situation is a 1PW issue or a macOS 26.x bug. My sense it is the latter. ...I'll update if this occurs again.

Definitely do let us know if it occurs again! Out of curiosity, did you happen to notice if the shortcut had changed in the 1Password app's settings when you were experiencing the issue? For instance, was the "Show 1Password" field blank, or did it show another keyboard shortcut?
