Custom markdown fields
Hello,
I wasn't sure how to +1 closed posts for feature requests, but I'd like to add my name to the list of people requesting to be able to add custom markdown fields like this:

Hi Dave,
Sure - in general it would be useful to be able to separate longer notes out into separate sections but still retain the ability to apply markdown formatting. At the moment any text that needs to be formatted has to be bundled up together in the "notes" field because that's the only one that supports markdown.
This makes it hard to provide more structured storage of arbitrary formatted data in the same way that you can with structured unformatted text through the use of multiple custom plain text fields.
As a more concrete example, we've got dozens of Azure SPNs that all have their own "Login" items in an enterprise vault - we currently write a bunch of formatted information using markdown in the notes field, but we'd like to break out the individual sections of the notes into separate custom fields to make them more manageable.
Our compromise at the moment is to use the single notes field in the Login item - I don't think exploding it into separate Secure Note items would be scale very well. However, this means that when editing the notes field you have to scroll through lots of unrelated markdown to find the section you want to edit. Breaking individual sections down into separate custom fields would make it much more manageable...
It's basically the same justification as for allowing multiple custom plain text fields, except formatted :-).
Hope this helps,
M
