Date format has changed to mm/dd/yyyy and 12h

I'm using the preview of 1Password 8 for Mac.
I can't pinpoint exactly when this happened, but my login created/modified dates are showing in US format, and I am in Europe.
Similarly, times are now shown in 12h format with AM/PM.

Should this not respect system settings?

We've received requests from customers previously for time and date formats that adhere (by default, as much as possible) to your local format. I have added a vote on your behalf for such a change.
