Export question

At the present time I use 1Password and Apple Passwords. If I were to export my data from my 1Password account and then import my data into Apple Passwords, would my data be duplicated or replaced in Apple Passwords? Thank you.

    Hi bettylarsen​, thanks for your post.

    According to Apple's support documentation, imported passwords won't replace existing ones in the Passwords app, so it does sound like you could end up with duplicates if you have some of the same logins stored in both 1Password and Apple's Passwords app. 

    Since Apple's Passwords app is outside of our expertise, it may be worth discussing this with Apple Support if you have any further questions.
