Feature Request: Tracking which sites have security questions

Hi,

As more and more sites seem to use security questions, it's more important that I remember all of the answers. Similar to 1Password's alert when a site supports 2FA, I would like a similar alert along the lines of "This site supports security questions, but you haven't entered any in" or something like that. Right now I have no way of knowing which site supports them and manually have to login to check.
