How do I assign a login/password to an app?
I created a login via desktop, but now I want to use it in their mobile app, but they login is not being suggested by one password. How can I assign that login to the mobile app? I’m getting no suggestions and when I search for it, it doesn’t offer to allow once or allow always. This is for AAA a.k.a. Auto Club.

It just says “no suggestions”
+ Create a new item
Even if I create a new item, it still doesn’t fill in the website or associate the new item to the app.

Thanks for confirming that dobodob.
If you see "No suggestions" this indicates that the app has not set its Associated Domain, or that the app is not passing its Associated Domain to iOS Password AutoFill correctly.
This shouldn't be particularly common, but unfortunately there are limited options when you run into this. You can contact the app developer through their usual customer service channels or through the "App Support" link in their iOS App Store listing to give them your feedback. You can let them know that their app is not passing an Associated Domain to iOS Password AutoFill and is therefore not fully compatible with iOS Password AutoFill, as per the guidelines in Apple's Password AutoFill Developer Documentation.
Let us know if there's anything we can help with at this time, and thanks again.

Hi dobodob, thanks for writing in!
When you find that 1Password isn't able to suggest a login item for an app, this will usually be because the "website" field of the login item doesn't match the app's "Associated Domain". The Associated Domain is the website address which is claimed by that app for autofill purposes and is passed to iOS Password AutoFill when you tap the "🔑 Passwords" button.
When you tap the key icon above your keyboard to select a login from 1Password for the AAA app, below the search bar do you see: "Suggestions for example.com", "No suggestions for example.com" or "No suggestions"?
Thanks again!
