How do I revoke 2FA for a site

I have a site stored in 1password and had attempted to activate 2FA earlier and failed. I went back later and successfully activated 2FA for that site but now it shows up twice in the app:

The first "One-time Password" is broken, I would like to remove it but cannot find a way to do so.

    I found it under "Edit" - I could choose which 2FA to remove.
