How to customize autofill for Chinese banking site?

I would like to configure 1Password to fill specific fields with specific data. The way the fields are setup on this login page are clearly non-standard: 1Password does not populate the fields with my set username, nor does it know what to do with the 'user ID' field. How do I do this?
