Login with 3 values not saving in correct fields

Hello,

My bank account has three fields: username, security number and internet password.

When I accept for 1Password to remember the login credentials, they are being saved in fields that don't  correlate with the bank sign-in form ... meaning, when I try to auto-fill the login fields, I get an error.

Can someone please help me. It's driving me insane because I have to literally copy and paste every value from the 1Password app into the bank sign-in form.

    Hello, iis, zingbats. Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry about the trouble you're experiencing. 

    You may be able to add custom fields to your Login item so that it auto-fills multiple fields. Can you share the website URL so I can look at the fields?

        Thank you for your reply. Let's try the following steps to see if the information autofills correctly: 

        1. Open and unlock 1Password.
        2. Locate your St. George Banking Login item and click Edit.
        3. Click + add more and select text, edit the text title to access-number and enter your Card/Customer access number below it. 
        4. Click + add more and select password, edit the password title to securityNumber and enter your Security Number below it.
        5. Your Internet Password should remain in the default password field.
        6. Ensure the username field is empty. Click Save.

          After that, navigate to the website and try to Autofill. Let me know how that goes.

    I have the same issue. Multiple attempts and failures results in getting locked out of my account. Is it supported or not? It would be benificial if we all had some actual guidance of the details behind how this is supposed to work.
