Mac OS with Chrome

I had to disable the extension. Every time I click a link or try to type something in a field in the browser the focus shifts to 1Password. I type and nothing happens or I click and nothing happens...

I am sorry about the issue you are running into with 1Password. It sounds like a communication issue between the 1Password desktop app and 1Password in the browser.

  • First, please recreate the issue you're experiencing.

  • Lastly, generate a diagnostic report from the 1Password app (desktop app) using the steps here -> https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ .
  • Attach both files to your email.
