New credit card info won't pop up on websites

It's been very convenient to be paying for something on a website and have 1Pass pop up the card automatically. I have now added a new card to my vault, but only the older one pops up on websites when I want to enter payment info. There's no option to select the new card. I don't see any settings in the app to change this.

  • Hello Topo! 👋

I'm sorry that your new credit card isn't being suggested on a website. If you click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and then search for your credit card in the pop-up that appears, do you see it there?

Can you also tell me if 1Password suggests your new credit card on our test filling site (but don't actually fill your credit card information): https://autofill.me/form/credit-card-simple

    It should look like this:

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi Dave...OK. I was able to activate that second card by doing as you advised. When I hit that 1 P icon, I selected suggestions > Credit Cards and saw the new card listed there. I then tested it on a site where it asked for a payment and both cards popped up in the list.  I have been experiencing one other problem. Every time I'm prompted to save/update a 1P login entry, on a new site, it will never save or update. I can click on save/update, but nothing happens, except occasionally an error will appear saying 1P was not able to save or update... or something like that.

I'm happy that your credit card is being suggested in the browser now. Let me know if you don't see it on any websites in the future.

Yesterday, 1Password experienced a partial outage that affected both authentication and the saving and updating of items, in the browser. Our team has implemented a fix for the issue and is monitoring the results.

You should be able to use 1Password in the browser normally again. However if you still see the issue when saving or updating items today then can you tell me which browser you're using?
