Our team admin left the company and didn't take over, so I can't find the admin account information.

Currently, all of our employees are assigned to a team called OPUSM at 1password and we are unable to find the email address or password for the admin account.
Please let me know how I can find the admin account information by submitting a proof of our company's business license, seal stamp, etc.
