Safari Icon gone Missing
Suddenly, no OnePassword icon in Safari menu bar.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the OnePassword for Safari extension. It is in my applications folder.
I have made sure it's enabled in Safari Settings > Extensions.
When I go to View>Customize Toolbar , there's not a OnePassword icon available.
Help!
Thanks, Nancy
Thank you for the second screenshot, that confirms that the issue seems to be affecting 1Password for Safari and not other extensions. Try the following steps (I know that you already tried reinstalling 1Password for Safari but I'd like you to follow these specific steps in order):
- Make sure that you have a copy of your Emergency Kit and that you're signed into 1Password on another device.
- Uninstall 1Password for Safari: How to uninstall 1Password
- Important: Follow all of the instructions in the article, including clearing Safari's history/cache.
- Install 1Password for Safari: App Store
If that still doesn't work then please send an email to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread so that our support team can investigate further.-Dave

I followed all instructions on that page.
1. 1Password for Safari is in my Applications folder
2. OS 15.5 (24F74). MAC OS Sequoia
I also tried Help>Fix Missing Safari Extension in my desktop version of OnePassword.

I'm sorry that you're still not seeing 1Password in Safari. Can you follow these steps:
- Open Safari.
- Click Safari next to the Apple logo in the menu bar.
- Click Settings.
- Click Extensions.
Can you take a screenshot of this screen and post it here? Can you also tell me if you're using multiple profiles in Safari? If you are then is the 1Password icon missing in all of your Safari profiles?-Dave

Hello nTimper! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not seeing the 1Password icon in Safari, thank you for sharing the steps that you've tried so far. Are you using an older version of macOS? If you are then try using the desktop app to restore the Safari icon:
- Open the 1Password for Mac desktop app (not "1Password for Safari").
- From the menu bar, choose Help > Fix Missing Safari Extension.
Let me know if that helps.-Dave

Same Problem for me since today (new version 8.10.82.29 ?).
Your solution did nothing for me.
Thanks.

I'm sorry that the suggestion didn't work for you. As a next step, please try all of the steps in this article:
If that still doesn't work then can you tell me the following:- Do you see "1Password for Safari" in your Applications folder?
- What version of macOS are you using?
I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave
