The first responder David McLaughlin was very helpful, and you all pushed out something that took it from "never works" to "rarely works"... so it was an improvement. But David dumped the ticket on a level 0 person that keeps asking me questions already answered in the ticket and "oh let's set up a virtual meeting so I can waste your time with something widely reported in the forums and 100% replicable on even brand new macs"
Time is precious and hard to come by, as are meeting rooms.
