Safariextension stops working - Communication failed

After installing the current beta, the Safari extension no longer works. I get the error messages (displayed in the screenshots below)

I restarted the phone already. Login in the 1Password app is possible.

    I'm sorry that you're also seeing the issue. Are you using the beta version of 1Password for iOS or the stable version from the App Store?

    Iโ€™m sorry to say Iโ€™m also seeing this issue now, which is really frustrating. What happened to 1Password, it used to be so reliable.

    I'm sorry that you didn't get an automatic reply. I see that your diagnostics report made it to the correct team and you'll receive a reply over email as soon as one of my colleagues reviews the report.

    Thank you Dave. i appreciate your help. I sent the diagnostic report. Now I will wait for the support ID and will post it here asap.

    I'm sorry that the steps didn't help. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iOS device:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.

    With your email please include:

    Please send the entire file.

    You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here. Thanks very much!

    Hello Dave, thank you for your answer. I followed your steps but the problem stays the same.

    Furthermore I tried to login (in safari) with FaceID and my password. Both brings the same error message. Can I provide some Analyse data?

    Additional (for a next release) you might can change the login screen in safari. If you type in your password the password field is half covered by the keyboard.

    I'm sorry that you're running into an error message on your iPhone. It looks like 1Password for Safari is having trouble authenticating. Please try the following steps:

    1. Fully close Safari on iOS.
    2. Fully close 1Password on iOS.
    3. Open and unlock the main 1Password app from your home screen.
    4. Open Safari and go to any webpage.
    5. Tap on the AA icon in the address bar.
    6. Tap on 1Password in the menu.
    7. Follow the prompt to unlock 1Password for Safari with your account password.

    Does this resolve the issue or do you see the same message? I look forward to hearing from you.
