In iOS, I can select 1Password as my preferred app for this (see the screenshot below.
But in macOS Sequoia, 1Password isn’t an option for this, only the Apple Passwords app. Any ideas? Th...

Thanks for the question! 1Password doesn't use the macOS AutoFill feature on the Mac and I recommend that you turn off the "AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys" feature in the macOS Settings app in order to avoid conflicts with 1Password.
You can use 1Password in the browser to save your one-time passwords: Use 1Password as an authenticator for sites with two-factor authentication - In the 1Password browser extension
If you're looking to save a one-time password in a non-browser app then you can use the 1Password for Mac desktop app for that: Use 1Password as an authenticator for sites with two-factor authentication - In the 1Password apps
