Watchtower categories dropdown menu

Hi,

We need to click through each item in the Watchtower categories dropdown menu to see If there are entries that need attention as item counts aren't listed.

It would be better if Watchtower categories are visible only when they include items, just like the 'All items' section which only shows categories if there are matching items.

    Hi @digitpass,

    Thanks for the suggestion, I agree it would be more clear if we only showed the category when there are matching items.

    However, this is a current limitation on Watchtower. We are only able to generate the Watchtower reports when the user selects a category, or opens the Watchtower dashboard.

    We are working to improve Watchtower, and we'll keep this in mind for future releases.
