Why are contents of the "notes" field shown in the search box??

This is unwanted behavior... is there a way to shut this off? I only want name, username, and url shown in the search results. Even if this IS intentional, it looks weird because there is ...

Thank you for your patience. Our developers have released a fix for an issue where the notes field was always shown when searching, even if it was unrelated to the search. If you haven't already, please update to version 8.10.36:
