My Windows Geographic region is set to Canada, but 1Password Desktop app is rendering the date as dd/mm/yyyy instead of the unambiguous Canadian official date standard format of ISO 8601 of yyyy-mm-dd.  The dd/mm/yyyy format was replaced with ISO 8601 in 1997.  See: https://www.canada.ca/en/government/system/digital-government/digital-government-innovations/enabling-interoperability/gc-enterprise-data-reference-standards/data-reference-standard-date-time-format.html
Please update your Canadian standard to match the current, un-ambiguous ISO 8601 yyyy-mm-dd standard format.
