Managing Vaults

I have Reached out to support on this already 2 time and have not heard back. My more recent ticket is ZPJ-59297-563.  ( PS. the AI chat box Sucks). Our company use the web version primarily and recently haven't been able to move anything from one vault to another. This is frustrating and kind of defeats the purpose of 1 Pass.  We uses to be able to and it was Super easy, however, now the web version doesn't look as nice ( looks like an older vs.) and I cant find the "move" button anywhere. I am on the "Owner" account so permissions shouldn't be the problem. However, I have tried on a "Admin" Account and it didn't work either. 

We recently Linked our account to a MSP so this could be the case but either way we need to be albe to move passwords between vaults.

    Hi thusn​, thanks for reporting this issue. I'm sorry to hear there's been an issue moving items, and getting in touch with our team. 

    It looks like the switch back to the older web view may be related to a bug our team is currently investigating. Were you previously moving items with the steps detailed in our guide? Also, just to confirm, your organization's 1Password account is now managed by an MSP?

    I see that you mentioned your team primarily works with the web version of 1Password. If you're using any of the 1Password apps are there any issues moving items there?

    In regards to ticket ZPJ-59297-563, I can see that we received your message and that a member of the support team did reply within a couple hours. Could you look in your spam folder just to double check that didn't come through on your end?
