scim not syncing

Users are not getting their account auto approve by the scim bridge. I see errors in the okta logs Internal Server Error. Errors reported by remote server: failed to create session . In the 1password...

Thanks for writing in. As you mentioned change of 1password url the immediate thought I have is about integration settings in Okta. Could you pl. check its in sync with the okta configuration step?
