1Password launch kit assets glossary
Assets for 1Password end users
Frequently asked questions one-pager
This one-pager clarifies any questions your employees may have around 1Password and how best to use it in their daily routines. You can host these on your intranet or internal portal, and include it in any emails or communications to end users as a helpful support document.
How-to training videos
The best way to make use of the end user videos is by hosting them on your intranet or internal portal. This lets you directly share the videos with your team and include them in the email or communication templates we've provided. These videos are short, lasting between one to three minutes, and cover different situations, like how to set up a 1Password account, use vaults, and share documents with others. If preferred, your employees can also access related support articles instead of watching the videos.
Overview presentation slides
These slides provide a clear introduction to 1Password, highlighting the advantages for your team and outlining the necessary next steps. You can personalize the last two slides by including a demo video tailored to your specific environment and sharing guidance on the next steps employees should look out for.
You can incorporate these slides into various settings, like all-hands meetings, team-specific gatherings, before any 1Password training sessions, and in any emails encouraging employees to use 1Password. These slides will equip your team with a solid understanding of 1Password and what to expect from their experience.
Pre-recorded training session
This pre-recorded training is meant to be stored on your company's intranet or internal portal. It's designed for employees to access on-demand, especially if they can't attend regular training sessions. In some cases, you can even replace your own training sessions with this video.
Sharing the presentation slides and instructional training videos alongside this recorded session will give your team access to all the content they need.
1Password makes your life easier poster
This poster is designed to get your users excited about getting started with 1Password. You can print and digitally display around your office, and include in your setup email to users.
Assets for 1Password Administrators and owners
Owners and administrators checklist
These templates are for 1Password owners and administrators to inform their organization about a new 1Password implementation, rollout, or switch to Single Sign-On. The templates include sections that mention end user training videos, pre-recorded training, and other resources to help users getting started. You'll need to provide hyperlinks on your company's intranet or internal portal so your team can easily access the content.
Email and communications templates
These are templates that 1Password owners/admins can use when notifying their organization of a new 1Password deployment, roll out, or change over to using Single Sign-On. There are sections of these templates that mention the end user training videos, pre-recorded training, and other content to help users better onboard, you will need to hyperlink to the appropriate assets in your intranet or internal portal for employees to access the content.
Guide: Setting up 1Password for large organizations
This guide is designed to help organizations with multiple geographic locations understand how to assign administrators for each location. It provides guidance on setting up vaults, permissions structures, and best practices for optimizing your 1Password accounts to scale across your workforce.
How-to training videos
These videos will guide you and your team through the various Admin features in 1Password so it's easier for you to secure your organization. They cover topics like creating reports, implementing best practices for Single Sign-On, and configuring 1Password Advanced Protection settings. Additionally, we've included links to support articles for those who prefer reading instead of watching videos.
