Codes OTP Failed

The OTP codes between the mobile app, the desktop app, and the web extension are different, and only one of the three works. 
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when using 1Password as an authenticator app for two-factor authentication. It’s important that your device’s time isn’t more than 30 seconds off. The authentication code changes every 30 seconds, so if the device is more than 30 seconds off, you'll see an incorrect code.

The next time that you run into the issue, visit this website on each of your devices and make sure the time matches: https://time.is

If the date and time on a device doesn’t match, you can adjust it:
