Dark mode for 1Password Community?

Is there a dark mode for the new 1Password Community?

I have the Noir plug-in, but it's not working well here. A native dark mode would be best. If there is a setting for it, I didn't find it in my profile settings.

Thanks for the message @flybynight27 great question!

There is not a native dark mode currently in the community. I did take this request to the technology partner for or community and this is something they are looking to add in the future.

Thanks for reaching out, and welcome to the new 1Password Community!

The quick response is appreciated, but even without all the other problems it is disappointing that in 2025 1Password considered a forum without any style choices - i.e. not just lacking proper AMOLED dark mode, low and high contrast, etc. -  an acceptable option.

Given the out-of-the-box capabilities of a platform such as the popular Discourse, not to mention the old forum, the idea that you had to request this functionality from the technology partner and their response is that they are "looking to add in the future" is appalling.

Apart from the 1Password Community login page, I find the https://darkreader.org/ does an adequate job. When/if the backend software (which looks like https://khoros.com/platform/communities) supports a dark mode theme, and 1Password enable it here, Dark Reader should be able to detect that it is active (it has a "Detect dark theme" option) and not interfere.

I would greatly prefer having dark mode available as well.  Seems it should be an almost standard thing to have available nowadays...

I use a browser extension called Dark Reader. Works really well for most websites including the 1Password Community.

I use Noir, which works well almost everywhere, but here the results are less than great. See attached screenshot from my iPhone.
