Discussions being removed without resolution?

LOL, the title was already autofilled when I went here to complain?

So, I reported a bug, twice. In both cases, the discussion was removed in minutes without any reply or explanation. What is a correct way to report bugs now? This does not feel very welcoming or forthcoming.

Hello @finwe! 👋

Thanks for flagging this! It looks like our automated spam filter caught your posts as a false positive. I've released the post now and you can find it here.

I'm sorry for the confusion.

Generative AI moves in mysterious ways :) On topic though it might be good if the Mods replied to this one as well, there might be a reason to remove certain bug reports, but I would suggest https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/?mac and the e-mail address on it as the best way to report bugs.

For the community site though discussing 'I have x and y, is this a bug?' should be fine and constructive way. Let's have a Mod respond to how/why things were removed

Thanks for reviewing this. Well, I'd expect the spam filter to be a bit more verbose towards potential human users.

We keep an eye on the spam queue and make sure to release any messages that were filtered by mistake. There was a delay with releasing your message since it was posted at a time when we had less coverage from the community moderator team. It’s a rare occurrence, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I've shared your feedback with our community team.
