Lack of responsive design of this forum

I'm having great difficulty using thr forum on my phone. The site appears to work well on a PC but is practically useless on a phone. The site will not scroll, loads with the initial page greatly magnified so only about 50% of the page is visible, etc.

I can shrink the page using gesture zoom, but it will not stay there, it pops back to the enlarged view each time. Has the site been designed to be responsive to mobile devices?

Hi Simon,

Appreciate your response (no pun intended...) I will continue to test the forum display on my iPhone and let you know if I come across any other issues. BTW the workaround I found to uncover the Save button that was obscured by the Chat button was to switch to landscape mode. It gave me just enough horizontal spread to be able to click on the Save button. Given the small real estate on a phone screen, could the Chat button be repositionable by the user?

Also, if you would like I'd be happy to test any beta you might want to "kick the tires" on.

Hi @eelliott 👋

I appreciate you raising this! The site is designed to be responsive and generally works well on mobile, but we are working on a couple of places where there are issues. Thank you for submitting the ones you already found so we can get them fixed. If anyone else notices issues on mobile, please feel free to add them here and we'll get them added to our to-do list 😊
