On Mac, is there a way to make 1P force a password everytime before opening a specific Mac app?

I believe this can be done through Terminal or other ways, but it seems like something 1P should be able to help with.

Hey @1PGuy! 👋

No, this isn’t possible with 1Password. While 1Password can store and autofill passwords, it doesn’t have the ability to require authentication before opening a specific Mac app.

Thanks. Actually, I discovered this app AppLocker which achieves exactly what I want. It would be great if 1P would institute it within the app. It could make 1P a greater security app than just a PW manager. It works great. I use it for my photos app, email apps, and other apps with sensitive info, as sort of a 2FA to open apps on Mac.
