Reset Password Doesn't Work

I tried to reset password to get in to the new community. I entered my email and clicked the button 3 times across several hours. Never received the email. Just using Gmail, nothing special. I created a new account to get in. I tried my old email in the creation process and it told me it was already used. So I know it's right.

Just FYI. I got the email to verify my new account immediately.

I'd be willing to agree with you here @1P_Tommy

For some context on things @jhardman —when we transitioned to the new 1Password Community platform back in January, only user accounts that had been active within the past year were migrated over.

Those users needed to reset their password upon first login. However, if an account hadn’t been accessed in over a year, it wasn’t migrated, and a new account would need to be created, which is likely what you've run into.

@jhardman

You may not have been part of the migration process. We just moved to a new platform. That's been the cause of such confusion. I highly suspect this is the reason.
