I have a "disconnected" icon in my Mac 1P window as shown below.

I am running MacOS 15.2 and version 8.10.58 of the 1P app. Internet connection is fine. What gives? I have clicked the "reconnect" option but no dice...

Hi @melchior, thanks for flagging this.

I suspect the behavior you were seeing was related to a brief partial outage on the 21st. You can find the incident report on our status page for more information. If you're still running into any issues, just let us know. Thanks again!

Hello Support - 1Password is offline for me on all devices and when I hit reconnect nothing happens. I tried on multiple computers, my mobile phone and an iPad. I also tried via the cellular network and my local internet service and it will not connect. I also tried to use your chat support and that seems to be down as well. Is there some type of service issue happening right now? Thank you.

@1P_Dave thanks!

Before writing, I tried to find the status page on the support site, but didn't find it.
It was luckily linked in another thread here: https://1password.community/discussion/149774/offline-error-is-1password-down

I just checked Paddy, the ChatBot and it gave me the status site after asking if 1Password is currently operational. So that's good.

Having a (partial) outage is always stressful for the team, regardless of how well response plans are in place. Good luck!

@1P_Dave thanks as well. When I checked the status it said all was good but I see the updates now. Also the fix that was implemented seems to be working for me. Thank you to the team for the quick updates and fix!

@1P_Dave thanks for the info! I am indeed back online now.

Funny I've been trying to figure out what happened to my "New Discussion" post on the topic. Wasn't in my discussion list, seemed like it disappeared. Guessing it was moved. Learned of this from the emailed responses. Can the forum tools inform people if a post has been moved?

Hi @1P_Dave ,
could you provide some more details what caused this outage from technical point of view? I had the same issue on all my clients. In such situation my heart rate is always going up as 1PW is holding all my secure stuff 😉.
