1Password for Windows - TPM Unlock Broken

Problem:

After booting up my PC, and open 1Password, I cannot log in with windows hello.

This problem started one day randomly. Probably after 1Password updated itself.

Here's the list of things I've tried:

  • Toggling the option on/off. 
  • Restarting my device
  • Restarting 1Passsword
  • Disabling autoboot after login, restarted device, manually opened 1password
  • Reinstalling 1Password
  • Changing to 1Password Nightly

but my case couldn't be solved with potential solutions on the original post, which is why i am posting a new one here.

I'm sorry that you're unable to unlock 1Password using Windows Hello after you start your Windows PC. I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
