Best Buy rejects passkey in Chrome and Safari, accepts it from Firefox

I’m trying to log into Best Buy from my Mac using the passkey I saved in 1Password. On Chrome, Safari, and Arc I get the following message back:

Failed to execute 'fetch' on 'Window': Failed to read the 'headers' property from 'RequestInit': String contains non ISO-8859-1 code point.

With Firefox I get logged in with no problems. It also works from the Arc browser on Windows. I’m using the 1Password extension for each browser. Any suggestions for the Mac?
