Chase bank login

Two weeks ago I used 1Password to log into Chase bank. Now when I try I get "Can't find that username and password". I've tried it in Edge, Chrome, and on my Android phone. I checked with Chase and they are not having a problem. I reset my password and was able to log in. When I reset the password I updated 1Password. I signed out and immediately tried to sign in again. I received the same error again. I did notice there is a new version that came out in the last week. I am on extension version 8.10.58.44. Has anyone else seen this problem? Any suggestions to fix it? Thanks in advance

I worked with 1Password support and they gave me the instructions below that solved the issue.

    1. Visit the website's login page.
    2. Type in your login information manually - don't click login.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar.
    4. Hover over Save then click Login
    5. Refresh the webpage.
    6. Click on the Username field and select the new login you've just created.
