I’m sorry that you’re seeing 1Password crash when starting your PC. As a first step, make sure that you’re running the last version of the 1Password app: How to keep 1Password up to date

If that doesn’t help then I'd like to ask you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Send a diagnostics report (Windows)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:
