filling in popup box on website

I want 1Password to fill in my stored credit card info for a website. The site is asking for the info via a pop up box (see screen shot). 1Pass does not give me any options for accessing and filling in the desired information. How do I do this?

Hi @LeesKeys thanks for reaching out!

I understand that 1Password isn't offering any autofill suggestions on a specific site when you're trying to enter your payment info.

Can you share the URL of the site in your screenshot as well as what browser you're using so I can do some testing on my end?

Let me know if you have any questions.

I deleted the original prompting email and it seems I can only get back to this particular screen if I get an email prompt from the send source. I took care of it over the phone.

@LeesKeys

Thank you for the reply. If, in the future, you see the screen again then could you please send the page structure of the webpage in question to our support team? Follow these steps:

  1.  Open the website in question until you can see the fields that you're referring to.
  2. Right-click on the page and click "1Password - Password Manager" > Help > Collect Page Structure.

Attach the resulting JSON file to an email message addressed to support@1password.com

With your email please include:

You should receive an automated reply with a Support ID number. Post that number here. Thanks very much!
