iOS 1Password unlock issues

Hi ​@Fedup, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having to enter your account password each time you fill credentials, even though biometrics are enabled and 1Password is unlocked when you check it.

I'd like to have our support team look into this. Could you to create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your iOS device: Send a diagnostics report (iOS)

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to: support@1password.com

By the way the issue is that when using my banking app, when I click on the password field iOS shows a password for banking.[NAME OF BANKING WEBSITE HERE] - 1Password [USER NAME HERE] when I click on that I have to enter the 1Password password. If instead I click on the key icon on the same line, select 1Password then facial recognition works, and it shows me the credentials for the banking site.
