macos keychain metadata leak

so an accidental happened and a screenshot of my macOS keychain leaked which contained a 1password metadata string. I am not very tech savvy so just trying to work out how much trouble I was in. only the text metadata string leaked (not the password contained inside it)

its in keychain access “default keychains - login section”

it had the form 1passsword:dsecret-VLXL3XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I have tightened my processes to prevent this happening again - do I need to do anything?

thanks a lot

Hello @Oblique! 👋

That entry is a security token for your device. It lets 1Password know that this device has already passed multifactor authentication. The text after 1Password:dsecret- is metadata identifying the associated account, not the secret itself. It cannot be used to access your account.

I hope that helps!
